Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original ICONIC London packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to meet our hygiene standards.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
